Access and Cooperation: You agree to provide our painting crew with access to the premises where the Services are to be performed. You will also cooperate and provide any necessary information or assistance required to carry out the Services efficiently.
  4. Payment
    a. Pricing: The pricing for our Services will be communicated to you in advance and agreed upon in writing. Prices may vary based on the scope of the project, materials used, and other factors. b. Payment Terms: Payment for our Services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, or other agreed-upon forms of payment. c. Late Payments: In the event of late or non-payment, MasterPrep Painting Company reserves the right to charge interest on the overdue amount and take appropriate legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

Ownership: MasterPrep Painting Company retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property associated with the Service, including but not limited to our website, logo, and other branding elements. b.
